Pricing and Terms and Conditions:

We provide 3D aerial mapping, as well as 3D modelling and measurement services, starting at £1000.00.

Photo Packs:

Our photo packages offer a range of options, including 12mp, 20mp, or 48mp photos. Each package includes 1 to 1.5 hours on-site, 30 minutes to 2 hours of filming, and delivery of 10 to 160 pictures, with prices ranging from £140 to £280 per site.

 

Video Pack:

Our video package offers HD1080P or 4K UHD quality, with 1.5 to 2 hours on-site and 45 to 60 minutes of filming. The package includes a fully edited video, usually 30 seconds to 2 minutes long, delivered with all video clips if requested, for £185 to £200 per site. The edited video can feature royalty-free music and customer branding.

The Combined Photo and Video Package includes all the features of the separate photo and video packages. It offers up to 2 hours on-site, 60 minutes of filming, and provides all images along with a fully edited video, all for £215 per site.

 

Roof Inspections:

Detailed Roof inspections with comprehensive reports for standard-sized properties are available starting from £260.00.

Detailed Roof inspections with comprehensive report for large- sized properties are available from 412.00

Thermal inspections for standard-sized flat roofs, complete with a detailed report, starting from £300.00

Thermal inspections for Large-sized flat roofs, complete with a detailed report, starting from £450.00

 

Additional costs:

include a travel charge of £0.50 per mile for locations more than 2 miles from the office. For destinations 50 miles or farther, an hourly rate of £25.00 is applied to cover travel time. Congestion charges may also be added depending on the specific area or location.

 

VAT and Late Fees:

- Drone Roof Survey and Security Observations Ltd are not VAT registered. 

- Overdue payments will be subject to statutory interest at 8% of the invoice total, in addition to the Bank of England base rate and £20 Admin fee.

 

Drone Pilot Observer:

If an observer is needed to assist with the flight, manage the crowd, or ensure safety, a fee of £17.00 per hour will apply.

 

On the day of booking:

On the day of the booking, we’ll arrive on-site at the scheduled time to conduct a risk assessment. If all safety conditions are satisfied, we’ll proceed with the job. You’ll have the chance to watch the process and view the photographic results on an LCD monitor.

 

Booking and Deposit:

Our booking system is provisional. Once we finalize the details of your project and the proposed date, a provisional booking will be made after receiving a non-refundable 25% deposit. The final job date will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Our process identifies hazards like schools or public areas and checks if the site is in controlled airspace, near an airport, or in a no-fly zone. These assessments are handled by experts and include a no-obligation quotation based on our pricing, with additional costs clearly itemized if applicable. Weather Terms and conditions:

At Drone Roof Survey and Security Observations Ltd, we know how much weather affects our work. That’s why we check the forecast five days before any scheduled job. If bad weather is expected, we’ll talk to the client 48 hours before the shoot to agree on the next steps. We’re happy to reschedule to a better date at no extra cost, and the deposit will be transferred to the new booking. Since weather is a common challenge in the UK, we make rescheduling simple. However, if rescheduling isn’t possible due to things like live events or client availability, we unfortunately can’t refund the deposit. If both parties decide to stick with the original date and bad weather occurs, our pilots will stay on-site as long as possible, hoping for better conditions. If we still can’t complete the job, the full charge applies, but we’ll offer a 25% discount on the second shoot when it’s rescheduled.
