Our Services

Aerial Roof Surveys

We provide high‑resolution drone roof surveys for residential, commercial, industrial, and heritage properties.
Each survey includes detailed imagery, defect identification, and a structured report suitable for surveyors, property managers, and insurance documentation.
All surveys are tailored to the property size, access conditions, and reporting requirements.

Thermal Roof Inspections

Our thermal drone inspections detect heat loss, moisture ingress, insulation issues, and hidden defects on flat or pitched roofs.
Using industry‑standard thermal sensors, we deliver clear thermal imagery and a comprehensive analysis report.
Thermal surveys are quoted individually based on roof area and inspection complexity.

3D Aerial Mapping & Modelling

We produce accurate 3D maps, digital surface models, and photogrammetric reconstructions for construction, planning, land management, and asset monitoring.
Deliverables can include point clouds, orthomosaics, volumetric measurements, and scaled 3D models.
All mapping projects are scoped and quoted according to site size and required outputs.

Aerial Photography

Our aerial photography packages provide crisp, high‑resolution imagery captured with professional‑grade sensors.
Ideal for property marketing, inspections, land documentation, and commercial projects.
Each package includes structured flight planning, on‑site capture, and professionally processed images delivered in a ready‑to‑use format.

Aerial Video Production

We capture stabilised aerial footage in HD1080P or 4K UHD, using controlled flight paths and cinematic techniques.
Final videos are professionally edited and can include branding, titles, and royalty‑free music.
Video projects are quoted based on filming duration, location, and editing requirements.

Combined Photo & Video Packages

For clients needing full visual coverage, we offer combined packages that include both high‑resolution photography and professionally edited video in a single visit.
This option is ideal for estate agents, developers, marketing teams, and property documentation.

We provide aerial security observation services for events, large sites, and sensitive locations.
Our operations include real‑time monitoring, situational awareness, and high‑resolution evidence capture, delivered by qualified, insured, and CAA‑compliant operators.

Operational Information & Terms

Drone Pilot Observer

Where required, a trained observer can be deployed to support flight operations. Observers assist with maintaining visual line‑of‑sight, monitoring the environment, managing public presence, and enhancing overall site safety. Observer requirements are assessed during planning and included within your tailored quotation.

On‑Site Procedure

On the day of your booking, our team will arrive at the scheduled time and carry out a full on‑site risk assessment. Once all safety conditions and legal requirements are confirmed, flight operations will proceed. Clients are welcome to observe the process and view live imagery on our LCD monitoring equipment throughout the session.

Booking & Deposit

All bookings are initially provisional. Once project details and a proposed date are agreed, a non‑refundable 50% deposit is required upfront to secure the reservation. Your final confirmed date is locked in once this deposit has been received. This ensures operational planning, airspace checks, and resource allocation can be completed in advance, guaranteeing a smooth and compliant operation.

Safety & Compliance

Safety is at the core of every operation conducted by Drone Roof Surveys & Security Observation Ltd. We complete detailed pre‑site assessments to evaluate legal considerations, environmental factors, and potential hazards such as schools, public spaces, controlled airspace, or airport proximity. These assessments are carried out by qualified professionals and include a no‑obligation quotation with any additional operational requirements clearly identified. Only once all safety criteria are satisfied do we proceed to full mission planning and confirmation. Our commitment to rigorous safety standards ensures clients receive a reliable, compliant, and professional service every time.

Weather Terms & Conditions

Weather plays a significant role in safe drone operations. We monitor forecasts from five days before your scheduled date and contact you 48 hours prior if adverse conditions are expected. If weather is unsuitable, we will happily reschedule to the next available suitable date, transferring your deposit to the new booking. Where rescheduling is not possible due to fixed events or client availability, the original deposit remains non‑refundable. If both parties choose to proceed and conditions deteriorate on the day, our pilots will remain on‑site for as long as safely possible. Should the job be incomplete due to weather, we will arrange a return visit at a reduced rate.

Copyright & Usage

Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining complete client confidentiality. All information shared with us is handled securely and will never be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.
