Office-Based Risk Assessment:

Safety is our top priority at Drone Surveys and Security Observations Ltd. We conduct a comprehensive pre-on-site risk assessment to evaluate legalities and potential risks. Our thorough assessment identifies possible hazards, such as schools or public places. It determines if the proposed site is in controlled airspace, near an airport, or in a no-fly zone. Our in-office risk assessment is thorough and conducted by experts in the field. We provide a no-obligation quotation based on our example pricing, with any additional costs itemised if appropriate. If we are satisfied with the findings of our risk assessment, we will provide you with a full quotation. It's important to us that our thorough risk assessment processes confidence in our clients. We take safety seriously and don't take shortcuts. Trust us to conduct a comprehensive risk assessment and provide reliable pricing. Contact us today to get started.

Terms and Conditions:

Weather:

At Drone Roof Survey and Security Observations Ltd, we understand the impact of weather on our operations. That's why we proactively monitor the forecast five days before any scheduled job. If an unfavourable forecast is predicted, we discuss with the client 48 hours before the shoot to ensure mutual understanding. In such cases, we are prepared to reschedule the shoot to the next suitable date at no additional cost, with the booking deposit seamlessly transferred to the new date. Our recognition of weather as a known business risk in the UK allows for hassle-free rescheduling of bookings. However, if rescheduling is not possible due to factors beyond our control (e.g., live events or client availability), we regret that we cannot refund the initial deposit. Should both parties choose to proceed with the original date and encounter adverse weather conditions, our pilots will remain on site as long as possible in anticipation of improved weather. If, upon arrival, we cannot execute the job, the total charge will apply, but clients will be offered a 25% discount off the price of the second shoot on the rescheduled date.
